This uses Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0.(eg, if you have 2.0 ordinary or above, you'll do FINE!!!)

                 Twister, Twister!!!

Right, take a picture, ANY picture, but for some WEIRD reason, everyone does the horizon, but we're going to use a Sims head.

You need to first make a new layer and the option you should select is called "overlay" (pictured)

Then, Pick a nice smoky grey, and paint on a shape, like shown, (note, need to pick a REALLY dark grey for it to show.

Then, paint in round sort of highlights on the tornado, like shown.

Then, clone the colour of the sim's hair and make it all fly up.

VIOLA!!! Success!!!

                                                     Mysterious Light

Again, on the sim's head.

Take a 65 pixel soft airbrush brush and colour it white. Then, paint over the glowing light's destination, in this case, the face.
